Using the traditional block pattern, the artist seeks out notions of home and ghosts of lived experiences.

Using reference images taken by the artist, this home in New Orleans is embroidered using the method called thread

painting; to conjure feelings of familiarity and nostalgia. Like all pieces, all elements of this were solely created by the

artist while using upcycled and significant fabrics.
