MINT began leasing studios to emerging artists in February of 2020. Artists living in the metro Atlanta area are invited to apply for rental space at MINT, located at 680 Murphy Ave SW, Suite #2095, Atlanta, GA 30310. This form serves as the official application to rent space within MINT.

Completed applications will be reviewed and applicants will be contacted on a first come, first considered basis. Applications will serve as a waitlist. 

Single-tenant studios are available for one-year lease, with an option to renew based on organizational review. Studio rental amenities include 24/7 access, secure parking, participation in open studios (once monthly), and group exhibitions (as planned by staff). All utilities (water, electric, HVAC and high-speed Wi-Fi) are included in this cost. Studio spaces cannot be shared under any circumstances.

The standard lease is one year, but six month and month to month leases are also available.
