At MINT, our mission has always been to nurture local and emerging artists by providing vital resources like funding, exhibition opportunities, and studio space. As part of this commitment, we offer rental spaces at reduced prices tailored to the needs of MFA and BFA students seeking thesis exhibition venues. For other exhibitions, our standard weekly rental rate applies, subject to calendar availability.
Student-Friendly Rates
We understand the financial constraints students often face, which is why our student rate is set at 25% less than the standard weekly rate. This reflects our dedication to supporting student artists in their academic pursuits while offering affordable exhibition opportunities.
Flexible Rental Terms
Rentals are available for one-week increments, starting from Sunday through Saturday. Our team also provides installation support from Sunday through Friday, with prior coordination required to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Booking Details
To secure your rental space, we require a 30% deposit upon booking, with the remaining balance due before deinstallation.

Opening receptions may be scheduled on Friday or Saturday evenings from 6 to 9PM. Hours outside of these will incur additional costs. During the reception, MINT will provide two staff members to support art sales and other organizational needs.
Exhibitions must be deinstalled by 6PM the Sunday following your exhibition rental.
